ORDERING
Thank you for considering ordering your personalized custom mixed organic cereal. The process is simple and fun. You learn about every ingredient and best of all, if you are into calculating calories, the Nutrition Facts label is automatically updated as you go.

Once you submit your order, you will automatically receive an email confirmation. We carefully review your selection of ingredients and submit it to be filled. A trained professional will handle your order from start to finish, making sure all ingredients are included and that the product is professionally packaged, custom labeled with your chosen name, ingredients, as well as the Nutrition Facts label.

PACKAGING
We package our orders professionally. We use post-recycled composite canisters lined with a moisture barrier, and sealed with a foil membrane, to preserve freshness longer than the conventional cereal box. We pack and ship your order in recycled corrugated boxes.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Most orders will reach their destination within 3-5 days.
Shipping charge is a flat fee of $4.95 regardless of quantity, to all physical mailing addresses within the continental United States. Should you require a method that is faster than regular ground service, those options are available at appropriate cost. Please note that shipping cost to AK, HI, PR, and Canada is a flat fee of $8.95. We currently do not ship to other  international destinations.

RETURN POLICY
Our products are custom mixed just for you. All orders are triple checked for accuracy. We guarantee it is handcrafted according to your specifications. We only use fresh organic ingredients. In the event you receive a damaged package or the wrong order, please let us know within 7 days of receipt and we will promptly send you a replacement.
