Q: Are all your products organic?
A: Yes. Exclusively! All ingredients used in our custom made cereals are certified organic. These products are certified by the USDA as organic.

Q: How do I place my order?
A: This is very simple. Click on "Start Your Mix", then select the base cereal for your mix. You can only select one base. Click the next "arrow" on the right, then choose ingredient to fine tune your cereal base with more pure grain choices. Click the arrow again then select a dried fruit, continue on to select your favorite nuts, then seeds. Finally indulge into satisfying your cravings, et voila, you are almost done. Name your cereal mix, follow the steps to checkout and that's it. Your will immediately get an automatic order confirmation! Wait a few days and your custom made Organic cereal comes to your door. Q: How much cereal will I get?
A: The short answer is 21 OZ (595g). As you are placing your order, look at the bottom of the cylinder graphic and you will see it listed.

Q: How many servings are included in my cylinder?
A: Each cylinder will have 11 servings of 54g. Note that many cereals in the market consider 40g a serving.

Q: What is the shelf life of your cereal?
A: 3 to 6 months depending on the ingredients. In most cases it will be gone within just a few days. Our cylinders are purposely lined with a moisture and oxygen barrier that helps keep the ingredients fresh for a long time.

Q: Do you have a volume discount?
A: Whenever you order 5 cylinders, your 6th. one is on us!

Q: How much is the shipping cost?
A:We charge on flat fee of $4.95 throughout the continental US, regardless of how many cylinders of cereal you order. It is best to order the whole family's mixes at the same time in order to save on shipping.

Q: Do you ship to AK, HI, and PR?
A: Yes we do, however, the cost of shipping, for obvious reasons, is slightly higher $8.95.

Q: Do you ship International?
A: We currently only ship to Canada as well.
